Transfer Tax (Impuesto sobre Transmisiones Patrimoniales – ITP)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nTransfer Tax (ITP) is a tax levied in Spain on the transfer of assets and property rights, such as the purchase and sale of a property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the case of a property, the ITP is a tax that must be paid by the buyer at the time of the acquisition of the property. The sales price of the property is the taxable base, and the rate applied varies according to the Autonomous Region in which the property is located.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the case of Ibiza, these are the general tax rates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
